For Part 2 of looking at how stage management can be maximized in community theatre, we will focus on moving from rehearsal to performance: how to reduce stress and increase morale! We will look at Assistant Stage Management; the backstage in general; working with crew, tech, theatre staff; technical rehearsals; and maintenance of the show! Be prepared to try (at least) calling some cue sequences! If you missed Part 1, you are more than welcome to join in for Part 2. For all ranges of experience and everyone from stage managers, directors, producers and production managers, technical crew, backstage crew, to actors - anyone who loves live theatre!
