Sparkle Dance Academy and King’s Theatre’s Next Gen Break Dance program are collaborating to bring another awesome showcase of youth performance!
Sparkle Dancers will share collaborative self choreographed group pieces to close off their spring dance session. Special guest DJ Mystic Nic will be spinning world beats for the Break Dancers as they highlight their new skills.
With Bollywood, Jazz, Contemporary, Bellydance, Breakdancing and an EPIC dance battle - this is a chance to marvel and celebrate self expression, organic dance improy and the inspirational youth creativity in our local communities.
Proceeds will support the Clementsvale Playground project, Sparkle Dance’s Youth-in-Arts scholarship fund, and King’s Theatre’s FrontRowYouth initiative. There will also be opportunity to contribute to a Youth-in-Arts scholarship fund, which will be awarded in May. Prizes can be purchased for $5-10, cash on hand to show support for the scholarship fund is encouraged.
